Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of lumenautomations.com (the "Site") and apply to inquiries about the services of Lumen Automations ("Lumen," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Lumen builds websites, automation systems, AI receptionist setups, CRM workflows, and related systems for businesses. The Site describes these services in general terms. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines — are defined in the individual proposal or agreement for that project, which takes precedence over anything on the Site.
Demos and examples
The interactive demos, calculators, mockups, and example figures on the Site (including performance scores, response times, and revenue estimates) are illustrations of how our systems work. They use representative or example data and are not a guarantee of specific results for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and how systems are used.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content at scale without permission
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us
Intellectual property
The Site's design, content, code, and branding belong to Lumen Automations. You may not reuse them without written permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is defined in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites — their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability related to client engagements is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lumen Automations harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
