Calendly

Self-service booking that turns interest into scheduled appointments.

Lumen integrates and supports Calendly. We are not an official partner of, certified by, or endorsed by Calendly.

What Calendly does

Calendly is a scheduling tool that lets people book time on your calendar through a shareable link, with availability rules, reminders, and calendar sync.

How Lumen uses it

Lumen uses Calendly for its own strategy calls and integrates booking links into client websites and automations — for example, including a booking link in a missed-call text-back or a follow-up sequence, so an interested lead can schedule without back-and-forth.

Business use cases

  • Embed a booking link on key website pages and CTAs
  • Include scheduling links in SMS and email follow-up
  • Reduce no-shows with automatic reminders
  • Sync booked appointments to your calendar

Example workflow: Book from a follow-up message

  1. A lead receives a follow-up SMS or email after reaching out.
  2. The message includes a Calendly booking link.
  3. The lead picks a time; the appointment lands on your calendar with reminders set.

Limitations

  • Calendly is a third-party product with its own plans and feature limits; advanced features may require a paid tier.
  • Scheduling data is processed under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
  • Deep customization beyond Calendly’s options may call for a different booking approach.

Security considerations

  • Booking data is handled by Calendly under its own terms; we link rather than store it ourselves.
  • We surface only the booking information needed for the workflow.
