What Zapier does
Zapier links thousands of popular apps through pre-built connectors, letting an action in one app trigger an action in another without custom development.
How Lumen uses it
When the apps you already use have solid Zapier connectors, Lumen uses Zapier to wire them together quickly and cost-effectively — for example, pushing a new lead into a spreadsheet, CRM, or notification channel. For more complex or high-volume logic we may recommend a dedicated workflow engine instead, and we’ll tell you which fits.

- Connectors expose only what each app’s integration supports; very custom logic can hit limits.
- Multi-step reliability depends on the connected apps’ own uptime and APIs.

- Connections use each app’s authorized access; we grant the least access needed.
- We document every connected app so ownership stays with you.
- Sensitive data is kept out of intermediate steps wherever possible.
